Enjoying Life!

January 23, 2011

Hi friends and family! So sorry it has been so long, but I’ve been quite overwhelmed with life!  Here is a brief rundown:

– Ran a marathon (to include training for it)

– Got a puppy!

– Going through an Inspection at work (31 days long! And working 12 hr days to prep for it)

– Just resumed Master’s classes!

Needless to say, the blog has been put on the back burner due to, well, life.  I’m trying my best to keep it up and running, but as you can tell, blogs will be less frequent. I appreciate your support!

Back to the title of this post 🙂 I was lucky enough to be selected for Enjoy Life’s Blogger Outreach program and feel so honored to be a part of such a great company!  Enjoy Life was one of the very first gluten free brands on the market when I was diagnosed.  I must admit, they have come LEAPS AND BOUNDS from some of their first products! I am so happy for them and for all of the gluten freebies out there because this new product is awesome!

Enjoy Life has just come out with a new soft cookie line, and boy are these cookies soft!  They remind me more of Katie’s fudge babies than they do cookies because they are so soft and gooey, but they are delectable. Check out these stats on the Lemon Cookie:

For a cookie, that is pretty darn good 🙂  Not to mention, Enjoy Life is not just gluten free friendly, but caters to all of these food allergies as well:

Woohoo!! (Ashley, that was for you :-))

Hubby woke up this morning craving some Snickerdoodle action, so of course, I had a bite 🙂

These cookies are absolutely fantastic, and I am not lying to you!  They are super soft and chewy, almost like a Fig Newton, and they are the perfect size.  They are about the size of a silver dollar and the serving size of 2 is just enough to satisfy that sweet tooth.

I don’t think we will have any problem polishing off these 3 boxes 🙂 Thank you, Enjoy Life! I’m ready for my next assignment!

Ever tried Enjoy Life?? You can find them at almost any grocery store!

I agree, Wendy! I view these replacements as treats rather than a staple I keep on hand. Goods for splurging! 🙂

Hmmm…we must try to recreate these at home! 🙂
