Cinco de Mayo…delayed :-)

May 10, 2011

To celebrate for Cinco de Mayo, Hubby and I had Sweet n’Spicy Shrimp Tacos and Skinnygirl Margaritas!!

I dry rubbed the shrimp with brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper 🙂  Then I pan seared them…so good!

Pour over ice and enjoy!  These were fab 🙂 Way to go Bethenny!! (I am a huge fan!)

Fresh toppings!

A tarragon greek yogurt spread in place of sour cream.

Sprinkled with feta cheese and on paper plates…Hubby LOVES paper plates 🙂

Oh men…

These weren’t traditional Mexican cuisine, but we sure loved the way they tasted! What did you do for Cinco de Mayo?? Hope you had fun!

They may not be traditional, but girl those looked delicious! 🙂

My cinco de mayo consisted of grabbing a couple margaritas and just enjoying the evening with a great guy. Couldn’t have asked for a better night!
