Peppers, Puppies, and Pals

Dinner tonight was exquisite!  Baked peppers stuffed with quinoa and topped with pesto and pine nuts.  Decadence!

I took the leftovers from my quinoa bowl and added them to the peppers. Baked at 350 for 15 minutes (just to warm) and topped with pesto and pine nuts.  Hubby enjoyed this one 🙂 Just wished it wasn’t so difficult to eat!

And look how big Beau is getting!  We caught him in his favorite spot…the chaise lounge with his stunt eagle 🙂 (you can fire the eagle across the room and it cries)

Such a cutie!!

My sister and her friends came down from Breckenridge to take part in the Chick Crawl with me!

We went to Manitou Springs and got to go to 8 different stores with all our girlfriends 🙂 We each paid $40 and got drinks, eats, and gifts at every place we went! It was a good time…just a bit cold…it snowed the whole time!

How often do you go out with your girlfriends?  I try to once a month at least…it gets hard with husbands and puppies (I can’t even fathom kids yet!)

      He would definitely want to kiss yours is well 🙂 he loves everyone…terrible guard dog!!
